Digital Federal Credit Union, better known as DCU, is a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned by and operated for our members. DCU was chartered in October of 1979. Since then, DCU has been chosen as the credit union for more than 700 companies and organizations.

Connection: DCU offers four Employee Resource Groups, employee-led groups within organizations whose goals and mission align to a specific marginalized and/or underrepresented group or focus. ERGs can provide an organization with a wonderful sense of community, cross-cultural and group education, and provide an outlet for leadership training and networking.
Education & Awareness: Subject matter experts offer learning opportunities on DEIB topics such as unconscious bias, allyship, and more.
Representation: DCU’s Ambassador Program is a group of dedicated individuals who help support and advocate for DEIB initiatives throughout the DCU Branches.
