What I liked

Job is accessible, and has a lot of benefits even for part time.

What I wish was different

The accrual for time-off is bad, even for full time; and there is no other way to justify missed days even if you know about missing days a month before.

Advice

Go with a grain of salt, the work does get very repetitive after a while, and unless you can work full time, there's not much opportunity to climb the ladder.

What I liked

I enjoyed being able to learn about different industries being involved in business in sectors such as Medical, Insurance, Legal and Governmental. It was also rewarding to give a voice to those that don't often have one because of their lack of language proficiency.

What I wish was different

There are a lot of protocols which are used to maintain order, validity and confidentiality of the conversation, yet an employee has to remain impartial to anything that happens. Not something that can really be changed, but it can help to be prepared for that.
