It’s up and coming with a fast paced environment. The employees are all very nice and hip. I did a lot of projects for the team and had a large variety, which made for a great learning experience.
What I wish was different
I was the first intern they’ve ever had so it was a learning experience for them too. Some days I was swamped with work and other days I did not have enough to do. It’s all about keeping open lines of communication so you can be as productive as possible.
Advice
Communication is key! Also, since it is such a small company, you have to be willing to adapt and work with a deadline.
