I enjoyed learning about the concessions operated at Coney Island. I also enjoyed working with other interns and working outside.
What I wish was different
I wish I had a regular work week schedule rather than working on weekends often. Also, I wish I had more experience with ordering and scheduling food and food containers with wholesalers and distributors.
Advice
I would recommend being flexible with a unique schedule and having good communication with supervisors.
