Awesome management team willing to listen to any and all feedback employees have. Flexible work hours allow me to enjoy my school time separate from my work time.
What I wish was different
Training was very new at the time for everyone involved so I would say that making training something more applicable to these specific franchise locations would be nice.
Advice
To consider staying on permanently. This job offers experience in education/teacher/project manager/hospitality roles that I have found I can apply my coursework on.
