What I liked

Great people! Very flexible schedule and they are very accommodating with me working from home while going to school.

What I wish was different

Nothing, honestly. Training was great and the job has remained the same since I got it. Nothing to complain about.

Advice

You need a lot of patience to deal with customers, as some can be or become aggravated when talking with you on the phone.
