It takes focus and discipline to excel in the classes as they are challenging. But it is important to know that the faculty want the students to succeed and if you are struggling, you should meet with your professor to discuss alternate ways to study so that you can do well.
Working at Clarkson University allowed me to develop professionally through my several on-campus jobs. It was great to develop work-life balance as a student and to be a mentor to other students through my employment.
