I loved that I was finally able to get hands on experience outside of a classroom and that I was able to meet people all over the city and help them. The CoS is full of very nice, exciting, and hard working people that actually care about the community.
What I wish was different
I wish that I would have been able to see more of what others in the IS department did, other than just the help desk. The help desk does do so much that it would have been a difficult task though.
Advice
Be open to ask questions and don't be afraid to give advice for things if you have them, they might just help.
