Feedback from senior leaders was conflicting at times. One piece of advice could be totally different from another person.

Work hard, ask questions, and be genuine. They know that you don't know anything about banking. They just want to see that you want to learn about it.

I liked how easy it is to move up within the company as well as the mentors that continue to teach me the many different skills needed in the banking industry. I also loved how welcoming the team was upon my arrival and how the company as a whole tries to make it easy to work and go to school.
