The camp owner is very supportive and the staff is understanding and helpful at helping with the teaching aspect and advancing our own careers by introducing us to women in STEM who come and volunteer their time as guest speakers.
What I wish was different
I liked teaching the more advanced Python classes more, but there also wasn't a high demand from their existing customer base to teach it that often which is understandable.
Advice
Definitely reach out to Brian and Molly along the way if you have any specific troubles with students you are having so you can nip it in the bud! They are very helpful about it.
