Flexibility of hours and the range of work. I truly learned a great deal about market research and public opinion, where I've had colleagues in other internships say all they did was "intern work" like photo copies, coffee runs, etc. That wasn't my experience.

Who wouldn't prefer a paid internship over an unpaid?
Advice
The staff at B&A recognizes hard work, even when you think its gone unnoticed, so keeping the same positive attitude on the first day through the last will enhance your experience. Don't be afraid to ask questions either.
