Bambino has been the best app for finding sporadic jobs in college! My favorite feature of the app is the fact that I never have to discuss payments with parents because the payment process occurs directly in the app and transfers to my bank account. 10/10 would recommend it to any sitter.
I get so many babysitting requests that I often have turn down at least one a day!
What I wish was different
I wish I didn't have to decline so many families!

Don't be afraid to set your babysitting rate to what you believe to be fair.

What I liked
I love how flexible this job is! I can babysit as frequent as I want and set my own schedule. Bambino has been really easy to use and is super safe.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a way for the sitters to leave feedback on the families so that other sitters can understand the families a little more before babysitting.

What I liked
The team is amazing. They always ask for/listen to my ideas and are super flexible with my schedule. The internship was fully remote, so there was a lot of flexibility with travel and holidays. This was the first internship I have had where I felt like my work was valued.
What I wish was different
I wish I could work in person with everyone and meet the team in person because I love working with everyone so much!
Advice
Bring all of your ideas to the table! No idea is a bad one!
