I liked to see students' regardless of their need to feel inclusiveness and grow from others culturally and socially. For me, to see the MAGIC unfold as you assess the behavioral analysis of people helped me come to terms with the philosophy and psychology to define WHAT happen and WHY. Behaviorist B.F. Skinner coined the term 'operant conditioning' emphasizing negative and positive reinforcement, the effects of punishment, behavior modification, and modeling so we can take a deeper look of understand HOW the individual or groups behavior influence society. I liked to see a diverse change in metamorphosis at Austin Independent School District and learn some Texas history and culture during the process.”
