What I liked

Atlassian has a truly unique open culture, which is amazing. Everyone is encouraged to be the change they seek while keeping it real with no B.S. The company is filled with the nicest people you'll ever meet, and they just so happen to be amazingly smart engineers too!

What I wish was different

It would be amazing if internships were offered during semesters too.

Advice

Make the most of it! You'll likely be given the ability to test your limits in an environment that is safe to fail in, and that is an INCREDIBLE resource and learning opportunity. Take it upon yourself to seize the day, and you'll thank yourself later.

I wish I had lived closer to the city, so I wouldn't have had to commute so far.
