A little more flexibility during the summer training months.

You work from home, so try not to get lazy! Stay attentive because everything you learn in training is extremely important once you start taking calls.

I love the team atmosphere and how everyone is always looking to help me improve and succeed. There is so much freedom and they encourage you to be your best self!

I had training offsite in New Hampshire so and I know that some of my coworkers had training in closer locations so I wish that had been different but I was not far up in NH.

Advice

You can learn tech specs and numbers and data, but you can’t teach personality!

Location Location Location. Manager and team were extremely helpful and eager for me to learn. Very fast paced.

Wish the internship had been extended.

Advice

It was a lot of work, sometimes 50-60 hours a week. But it was very much worth it to move away for the summer and to experience the work load in that sort of supportive but fast environment.

Be comfortable retrieving multiple resources and constructing professional responses in a timely manner. Familiarize yourself with various devices and their trouble shooting process.

I wish there was more verticality in the workplace and also more room to pivot between specialities.

Advice

Ask and you will receive! I was offered $15/hour but I countered and received an offer for $18.25! Always ask for what you believe you’re worth, you never know what’s out there.
