I loved the work environment and the support all the team members had for one another. It was definitely a workplace setting that allowed me to thrive and show my best self.

What I liked
The office welcomed and engaged interns socially and intellectually. Every Wednesday the staff would take time aside from their schedule and play Trivial Pursuit. The staff welcomed questions on various topics. I also enjoyed how several members held career discussions. Some of my coworkers and I participated in a discussion on whether to pursue Ph.D work in the future. The discussion has not dissuaded me from pursing one, but it has made think about the cost.
What I wish was different
The experience was great, but I would only change how colleges structure their course catalogs.
