What I liked

Altair has one of the best work environments. Everyone there wants you to be successful and they allowed me to be very hands on in my learning and marketing experience. It was an excellent opportunity for me to grow and expand my overall knowledge of marketing.

Technical Writer Intern

What I liked

Kind, smart coworkers, relatively flexible work schedule, engaging work where I'm put as an equal to anybody and everybody there - I can't speak highly enough about this internship. The others who interned with me agree. That speaks volumes to me as to how great Altair is for an internship, and likely for work as well.

What I wish was different

Deadlines and timing was a little too loose for my taste, but I guess it's a lot better than the polar opposite.

Advice

Treat a job like a place to better not only your work self, but your human self. Improving upon your emotional and social capacity holds as much value as good work experience, and will more than double the value gained from any one job.
