The Aberdeen IronBirds are the High-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. Founded in 2002 by owners Bill and Cal Ripken, Jr. following the conclusion of their professional baseball careers, the IronBirds immediately became a staple of the Harford County community. Offering a family-friendly, affordable place for entertainment, the IronBirds employ over a dozen full-time workers, and hundreds of seasonal employees each season.
