What I liked
I love the atmosphere here, everybody is so encouraging and uplifting. I am always pushed to learn more and better myself. The company supports personal goals which I think is so important, they want to see the employees grow not only professionally but personally. I feel I can share my opinions and suggestions openly. Another thing, it is a huge family! We do events together and cheer each other on, every month there is a company lunch where you can talk to different people and see some new faces. Unlike a lot of other companies, the higher management wants to get to know everybody, even the interns! Which says a lot about the atmosphere.
