I liked the autonomy I was granted in working on the engineer team as an integrated team member.
What I wish was different
I wish the company culture had been more accepting, considerate, diverse, etc.
Advice
Don't be afraid to speak up when you're uncomfortable with something, especially if it's something important to you! Also, keep a log of everything you do throughout the experience.
