I liked working with other professionals in the social work field, learning a variety of protocols for social work, learning about the different cultures of the clients and how to serve them.
What I wish was different
I wish it could have lasted longer.
Advice
I would advise that one would go in with a semi-empty slate in order to learn and grow in the culture of working with domestic violence families, take time to get to know the client, and be customer friendly.
