I was able to learn new skills and gain experience without any issues. YMC had great communication and offered many opportunities to grow.
What I wish was different
Sometimes working with our students/teammates can be a little difficult when they don't carry the same passion or energy for the job. I think YMC should push for better teamwork so there is a better payoff at the end.
Advice
Communication is key! Without communicating with YMC or your teammates/co-workers, there will be issues.
