Pretty flexible schedule and fair pay. Young Living cares about it's employees and treats them well. I recently also changed positions and have received a promotion.

What I liked
I loved the positive work environment. Every week you set and follow up with goals with your direct supervisor, both personal and work related. I really appreciated that they focus on helping their employees to grow and advance. Wonderful place to work!

What I liked
I really enjoy being able to work with a variety of people by training them with what I know and the skills that have helped succeed in this job. I also definitely love to give employees trust and confidence by being an approachable friendly trainer.
What I wish was different
I wish I had knew more ways to train employees so that the training process as a trainer and for the employees more importantly would have been more understandable and successful when I first became a trainer.

Always be confident and secure about yourself, if you know the responsibilities in your job or in school whatever the case may be, don't afraid to share it to the world with confidence. Believe you got it in you! That will help you grow as a person, and it'll help those who learn from you to grow as well.
