High School is set on 72 acres of land one-quarter mile from the Atlantic Ocean. The town of York is a steadily growing community, having nearly doubled in size from 1970 to a population of 14,000 today. This seaside community is located approximately 10 miles north
of N ew Hampshire and 25 miles north of Massachusetts providing the York school community a close proximity to a variety of employers and industry in the region.
