The job is fun and allows for a lot of creative input and choice such as with the activities you want to do with your room or how you decorate during the theme weeks, etc. It's also a good job for learning to think faster on your feet and make quick decisions which is something you will be doing daily in this role.

Always take the time to learn from your coworkers and try to be super proactive because you have a big impact on the experiences of the campers throughout the summer.
