Camp is split up by age group and youngest campers were completely separate from the rest of camp for most of the day. This was not a very fun experience for the campers or counselors. Also, staff at higher level did not give support for dealing with behavioral issues and problematic campers. Counselors were not given many solutions or support to help resolve these reoccurring issues.
