I loved working with kids and getting the opportunity to manage a staff. The Camp was a wonderful place to work with supportive management.

While the camp had to adapt to COVID-19 fast, the new schedule changes were hard to conceptualize in the beginning weeks.

Being comfortable with ambiguity and comfortable adapting in real-time is the best asset in management.
