What I liked
The team is small and very friendly. They number around 15 people, so you know everyone, and you get a great look at how the different departments work together. I also had a lot of independence and was trusted with fairly large tasks, so I learned a lot. At the same time, my coworkers were always there for me if I needed help or didn't understand something.
