What I liked
All the employees in Xiaomi are energetic and friendly, making the transition from academic institution to working environment very smooth.
What I wish was different
The size in space and management of the laboratories were not as great as in the university. Now Xiaomi has moved the newly built headquarter, which should improved the above problems.
Advice
Don't constraint. People around you have had the same experiences you are having now. Just act normal and be outgoing.
