What I liked
I loved everything! Worldview Academy is designed to empower students 13-18 in apologetics, worldview and leadership. I love the staff team and discipleship team I had the honor of working with!
What I wish was different
I only wish I would have had the chance to take on more responsibility as leadership staff.
Advice
Give it everything you have to pour into those around you and the students you are with every week. Be intentional and glean the knowledge and wisdom the faculty and discipleship staff have to offer.

Incredible team, environment and job!
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had a clearer understanding of what my job entailed; however, flexibility and adaptability is part of the job description.
Advice
I learned a lot about how to lead and manage a team. Being a director taught me how to delegate tasks and communicate effectively. Although it is a challenging job, it is so rewarding.
