I was able to do hands-on ministry for most of the summer. I was able to work alongside an extremely talented team. I was able to live in Colorado.
What I wish was different
I wish those in charge would have been more forthcoming of what was expected of us, e.g. job descriptions, day-to-day duties.
Advice
Ministry is not a 40-hour week. It has you thinking what can be done better all the time. And the time it takes to prepare for the next day will be rewarding, but can take up a personal life.
