Everyone I worked with was very supportive and I met and networked with a number of business owners in Akron, all while helping the city's refugees and newcomers.
What I wish was different
I wish the internship would have been a little more structured. It was challenging when given a task without much information on how to achieve it, but the challenge was exciting and I learned a lot this way.
Advice
You must love what you are doing, be a strong extrovert and people person, and exhibit patience.
