What I liked

I love the culture. Everyone is so fun, the company values are great, and you get fed really well. I love the work experience as well. Software is challenging to work with but it's also super interesting to learn the trends in the technology industry.

What I wish was different

I wish I had a team who worked in the office. My team is all in Armenia (we have an office there) and my manager is the only one in the office, so since my manager is always in meetings, I don't really talk to people super often.

Advice

Make an effort to learn as much as you can on your own because you're expected to have a good knowledge of the technology industry.

What I liked

I loved working a diverse team to create marketing assets to really benefit our customer experience department. I also got very relevant feedback on my projects and grew as a writer and marketer. Workfront has a contagious culture - one of the highlights was some of the service we gave from our office. For example, about 60 immigrants living in the Salt Lake area came for a day. We helped them prep for interviews, prepare a resume, and showed them what life a tech company is like.
