I liked how willing members of other teams within the company were to teach you about there roles and their parts of the business. The environment was very open and friendly which made it easy to do work while not being stressed about it.
What I wish was different
I wish that there had been a more developed program for my role as my responsibilities were more developed on the fly rather than have some tasks ready for a learning experience
Advice
Don’t be afraid to be very social and ask literally anyone questions including the CEO because everyone is willing to help you which makes it a very unique learning experience
