This internship allowed me to merge two of my greatest passions. It solidified my desire to pursue a career in law enforcement and taught me that my equestrian skill set should not go unnoticed or be absent in my professional life. My internship with the Worcester Police’s Mounted Unit has prepared me for the real world of the justice system by instilling professionalism, accountability, and integrity.
What I wish was different
This internship was amazing, however it would have been nice if it was a paid position.
