What I liked

A small company with a unique and impactful role in EdTech. I had a lot of 1 on 1 support and got the chance to interact with relevant web development technologies such as Vue, MongoDB, ExpressJS, and so on. Authentic and wholesome people who really care about each other and the product they are creating.

What I wish was different

I have no complaints about the experience. I felt engaged and valued the entire time.

Advice

Formulating questions and demonstrating your knowledge is the most important skill to practice to succeed at a smaller company. Developers here are expecting you to be self-motivated and excited about what you're learning, even if you are not a pro at everything.
