I liked the technical skills I had to use in order to operate the shop tools and large truck instruments while working with others to complete that day's task.
What I wish was different
There were separate teams but I needed qualifications to work with the mechanics.
Advice
Gave an in depth look at what maintenance and sanitary structures are required to keep a town clean while also letting its workers develop problem solving techniques when tools did not function correctly.
