I loved my co-workers and the laid-back working environment at WCI. Work was always exciting and different, and truly meaningful. I loved interacting with women to make a difference.
What I wish was different
I wish the pay was higher, and that there was transportation compensation for commuting to work.
Advice
Always go for it--I never thought this job would be something I would do, nonetheless enjoy, but I absolutely loved it and it shaped my career aspirations for the better.
