WISH is a grassroots organization that has been promoting zero tolerance for violent crimes and advocating for victim rights in Ketchikan and the rural communities of Southeast Alaska for over 40 years. We are a private, non-profit agency that provides direct services to victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes.
