I had my own computer station, and everyone in my office knows me personally. It was a small team and I never ran out of projects. I had a comfortable setup and my hours were somewhat flexible if I finished my work early.
What I wish was different
I do wish the commute time was better given the distance between where I lived and where I worked.
Advice
Keep an open mind! I'm a Psychology student and I worked in Accounting. There are always skills that you can gain from a job that might not be in your specific field of interest.
