Honestly, not a whole lot. I wish every day we had a set task. Some days we went in not really knowing what we had to get done that work day.
Advice
You will have to speak in front of large groups, so it'll be in your best interest to be comfortable with public speaking

What I liked
I liked the experience, and the connections I made over the summer.
What I wish was different
No complaints.
Advice
I would say to someone that an internship is a place to explore what you like. Do not get disappointed if you do not Luke what you are doing, it’s only for the summer.

Maintenance
June - August 2019 • Spartanburg, SC
What I liked
Personally I was grateful for the opportunity to have a job on the campus I attend. This job really helped me out through summer training sessions for the football team because the job did not keep from missing any training sessions. Looking back at the experience I found a great appreciation for the workers that keep Wofford's campus together and I always speak to my old coworkers when I see them around campus.
What I wish was different
Honestly, my plan for this past summer was to work for an internship but things did not work the way I wanted it to. Despite the lost opportunity of working for an internship this past summer, I was still able to make enough to pay for the summer payments required when staying on campus.
Advice
The piece of advice I have to say is, regardless of the job others work never judge people by their job titles because you might learn more about life from a maintenance worker than a college professor.
