Withings is a really great company that has a positive, friendly and collaborative environment. Everyone is very willing to help and answer any questions you may have. It is right in downtown Boston and easily commutable by any public transportation.
What I wish was different
I wish there was more of an engineering environment in the Boston office, however their product development and R&D is located in Paris, France.
Advice
Talk to and connect with other people! I learned a lot about the backend of a company and how a business runs through talking to other employees.
