As part of the State of Wisconsin's Department of Revenue, the Wisconsin Lottery's mission is to provide as much Property Tax Relief to Wisconsin residents as possible. Since the Lottery's founding in 1988, more than $16.1 Billion in revenue has been generated. Over 93% of that revenue has gone back to Lottery retailers, winners, players, and Wisconsin residents.
