The variety of experiences. Ex. Moving boss' entire apartment 3 times, doing 36 loads of laundry in one day, weeding campus, and delivering packages.
What I wish was different
Very poor communication and treatment from bosses and housing directors. Hours and overnights were not as promised. The schedule was unpredictable, to say the least, and overnights were more frequent than the hiring interview promised.
Advice
Do not take this job. The stipend offered will sound appealing, but you are better off taking a more consistent job for $11/hr, as it equates to the same or more.

What I liked
I really liked the people I worked with and the job duties I had to do. Scrubs camp was such a blast! Taking on the Snowbird project really helped me learn to take initiative and be comfortable delegating job duties to others.
What I wish was different
I wish I worked more regular hours, and that I would have known my schedule a little more in advance.
Advice
Get to know your coworkers outside of the job, hang out with them, it makes the job much more rewarding!
