I liked how they gave me the freedom to do and create what I wanted. They trusted in my ability to understand the market and gave me a chance to succeed.
What I wish was different
I wish I would’ve had a little more opportunity to help the Fort Wayne and other Wingstop’s they own. I would’ve liked to of been more involved in the grand opening of the Fort Wayne branch.
Advice
Don’t be discouraged at first, it may seem like there is a lot to do or a lot of people to talk too, but once you get going it will all flow and you will get it all taken care of!
