I liked that since it is a small building we all work closely together so you make some great friends. I also like that I was able to learn how to work under pressure.
What I wish was different
I wish that management had been different. Considering that we are going through a pandemic, I would have hoped that they would be more grateful and acknowledge it.
Advice
One piece of advice is to never do more work than what you are paid for. It is good to be a hardworker but do not go overboard.
