I worked with an incredible team and I learned a lot about the company, marketing, and myself. I was also challenged in my faith and exhorted by the likeminded people I worked with.
What I wish was different
I wish my office wouldn't have been solitary and that I would have had more human relations/sales opportunities rather than working at a desk/on the computer most of the time.
Advice
If you are satisfied with completing tasks assigned to you and attending hour-or-two-long meetings and you're content to work in your own office, this company is a terrific one to work for. The people really care about and enjoy their jobs and they work for the Lord.
