What I liked

I loved the opportunity to get to work with kids and other staff who are passionate about the environment and share that love for the natural world with the next generation; the camp setting made the job really high-energy and fun, but the mission was so impactful.

What I wish was different

I wish that the shifts would have been a little different so that we could get more continuity with the same group of kids and work more hours.

Advice

I would give some advice to anyone entering a similar role to give your all, even though it is a summer position. Even in a couple of months, you can learn and grow so much, meet amazing people and make important connections, and really positively impact the lives of kids.
