Cute items, kind customers. I have never dealt with a truly angry customer. Irritated, yes, but nobody that I thought was a threat. The employer is very understanding on scheduling issues.
What I wish was different
I want to work with someone. There is typically just one person on a shift at a time. That means no co-worker friendships. There are no breaks without the possibility of a customer interruption.
Advice
Be succinct when talking with the owner. She is kind and appreciates your opinion but is constantly busy.
