I loved working outdoors and working with the kids! I learned so much about the learning process and teaching strategies and how to be a better mentor for the kids.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have had more time in the position.
Advice
Engage with the kids early on, show an enthusiastic interest in getting to know them as individuals. Don't be afraid to step up in the role and take on more responsibility.
